My results are not on the e-health Ontario portal? What should I do now?
Results can take up to 6 days to arrive & update on the e-health portal. Due to increased demand on testing, it is taking almost 6 days for results to arrive. If it has been more than 6 days since your test appointment time and you have not received your result, please email us at psdm1438@shoppersdrugmart.ca and we will call the lab on your behalf.
Keep in mind we do not process the samples or upload them on the e-health portal. Our role is to collect the sample and send it to the lab. Currently, the lab is backed up and most result take 6 days to get updated on the portal. We do not have control over when the portal is updated with results. If your results have not arrived 6 days from your PCR test collection date, email us so that we can contact the testing lab on your behalf.
